This Privacy Policy explains how Xiaoha VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information through the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We process data only within the scope described here and work to protect user privacy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, session duration, and crash information. To provide suitable connection options, we may use approximate device location data for: 1. recommending routes based on Xiaoha VPN node distribution; 2. analyzing regional connection quality with anonymized aggregate data; and 3. sending important service updates, security notices, or account-related messages. Sensitive data is retained and used only under the limitations of this policy.

We transmit aggregated or anonymized data only to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. protection of users' life, property, or fraud prevention; 3. cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, remove the App using your device's standard uninstall process.

User-provided data will be properly kept during the service validity period and for a reasonable grace period thereafter. If you need to cancel your account early and delete your personal profile, please contact our privacy team via [email protected]. In addition, this App strictly prohibits use by minors under the age of 13. We will not intentionally solicit any data from this group, and upon discovering the mistaken collection of such information, we will immediately initiate permanent deletion procedures. Continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the revised terms. This policy officially takes effect and is implemented as of October 4, 2025.
