This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xiaoha VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. Unauthorized copying or modification of the App or associated trademarks is prohibited. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for protecting device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may reduce system security and cause the App to malfunction.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those providers' own terms of service.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible when access fails because of device arrears, data caps, weak signals, carrier issues, or other local network problems. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi. If you enable roaming outside your home country without an appropriate data plan, any resulting charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service because of battery depletion, system settings, or third-party network failure is outside our compensation scope. We maintain route information and app updates, but some network data may come from third-party partners; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary.
